We are a small veteran owned and family operated business. We specialize in AR-15 furniture and accessories but also offer products for a range of popular firearms, such as the AK-47. Our products are hand-crafted and every step of their creation, from design to finish, is executed with precision and care. No two pieces are identical and you can expect subtle variations in color and texture making each piece one-of-a-kind. We believe that the touch of human hands is what makes our products exceptional and sets them apart from mass-produced goods. When you choose Blackwood Trading Co. you're not just buying a product; you're investing in a piece of functional artistry. 

Due to the small size of our business and the (relatively) small market niche that we occupy, our products are  (currently) made-to-order. The current lead time is displayed on the pop-up when you visit the website and must be acknowledged to view the website. The lead time is an average estimate and not an exact date. Some orders will go out ahead of this time and some may take longer. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order.

As a small family-operated business we do not have a team of customer service representatives.  Each of our few team members is involved with every aspect of the business from production to packaging. We aim to provide meaningful interactions and build individual relationships with our customers. This may mean that responses to inquiries take a bit longer but we hope you will appreciate the difference between this and the massive call-centers we have all become accustomed to dealing with. 

Please know that we value your business and are doing our utmost to answer inquiries as promptly as possible but do ask for your patience when awaiting a reply. Please do not resend an email multiple times a day; emails are answered in the order that they are received and, when an email is repeatedly resent, it moves the conversation to the time it was most recently sent. Which means; it will take longer for us to see it and respond.
