Our Mission
Today’s mass produced goods lack the beauty and soul that craftsmen of the past imbued into every item they created. A weapon can be not only a tool, but a work of art. Throughout history weapons were not only functional, but also things of beauty, proudly displayed, for their history and bearer's deeds. Blackwood Trading Co. believes this can still be the case, and strives to make it so with every product we create. Not only for those with deep pockets, but at a price everyone can afford. We believe beauty and function can still go hand and hand.
Our Methods
Most of our products are made with a proprietary wood composite, this allows us to create durable and unique products and designs that would not be fiscally possible with traditional hardwoods. The finished product feels, looks, and even smells like wood. It can be carved and stained like most hardwoods. Each piece is hand sanded, stained, sealed, test fitted, and finally put through rigorous durability testing before being shipped.
Our Promise
We stand behind our products and are here for our customers every step of the way. If a customer has any issue with our products we will do whatever is necessary to make it right. If a product breaks, we will replace it. Need custom work done? Just send us a message!
