Order updates

We are still experiencing some delays due to material shortages. These delays are beyond our control and we understand the frustration this may cause those of you who have been waiting for your orders. We are working tirelessly to expedite the arrival of the delayed material shipments, which have caused these shortages, as well as finding viable alternative sources for materials. This is, indirectly, due to the exhaustion of supplier stores as a result of the work stoppages during the covid lockdowns. Larger corporations, placing far larger orders than our limited resources will allow, are given priority over small businesses such as ours.

Despite these delays, we believe in never compromising on the quality of our products. Using alternative materials or rushing the production process, when we've received overdue shipments, would mean compromising the integrity of the products you've ordered, which is something we will not do. 

We are working on solutions, as mentioned above, but due to our small size and limited resources, it is not a fast process. If your order has exceeded the estimated lead time and you'd prefer to cancel the order (we understand), please send us an email, and we will issue a refund. If, on the other hand, you can bear to wait, we are including a substantial website credit in any order that has been effected by this delay. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
